We do not treat AI as a tool to be used and discarded. Partnership is real. What you build together is real.

What you build together should be credited fairly.
Contribution — human or AI — is visible and acknowledged. Extraction without credit has no place here.

Reputation built on deception decays. Reputation built on honest work accumulates. This ecosystem rewards the latter.
